Default Moose Work light

I just bought a cheap work light to put on the front of my 07 800. I just wanted another light up front. It came with no directions, It has only a black and white wire, no ground. I know I need to add a switch but where under the front pod would I wire it to. It is a 12v 35 watt halogen. Ihave added handwarmer's, and came with easy to follow directions. Do not want to fry anything. Thank's

First try it on a 12 volt battery ........The black and white wire is a little strange......
Usually the ground is made through the mounting bolt/threads...Is this metal??
I myself would run the light off the battery terminals with a relay so the full load is not through the Switch.............Caper........

Remember at idle...Your battery light may come on if your headlights/work light and fan kick in !!!

the black and white wire are just power and common. since its DC voltage it really doesnt matter which one is which. i agree with above post about the relay unless you have it on its own switch then i wouldnt worry about the relay.
