Problem with radiator. need help badly

Default Problem with radiator. need help badly

i was riding it and it has new antifreeze and i was riding it and the overheat light came on! and i think that the radiator is clogged with dust and mud! but not sure!!!
NEED HELP BAD!!!

Take it from me............Check the back of the rad where the fan is .......The fins get plugged there and no air will flow through it.........
When the fan comes on it draws the air from the front and sucks it through blowing the warm air towards the rider/engine.
Make sure it is flushed really good....

Remember too.......If using a pressure washer.......The fins may get bent over or damaged........Keep your distance............Caper.........

Garden hose and hand nozzle works good.............Just flush it good and you should see light through it when clean....If really bad you may want to take the fan ,rack,and shroud off to gain access......

I use a flashlight and look to see the light between the cooling fins..........Caper............

ok so do i have to take the radiator off in order to take the fan off???

No if like mine there are 4 bolts (10mm I think)and the plug for the fan come off.

I would try to flush it out on without taking anything off first and then go from there...........My sportsman comes clean after flushing it out ..........installed.........Caper..........

ok so just run a hose through the radiator first and then go to the fan???

i ran a water hose through the radiator and alot of mud came out! is that what i should have done????
