Default 2006 X2 Rattle

I am trying to figure out the rattle coming from the rear seat/dump bed. I've seen it mentioned several times on here, but haven't really read a sollution. Is it the whole assembly, or the latch itself? I was thinking of using some of the foam pipe insulation and packing it in there, but wasn't sure if someone has found a better solution. Thanks!

I heard a lot of noise too...I put some grease on the latch of the dump box, put some grease where the back rest/rear seat are attach. And you're good for a moment.

I guess I'm not seeing how putting grease on it will fix it. It's not squeaking, it's rattling. That would be alot of grease... Any other thoughts?

I had a rattle on mine. It was between the spot where the rear fender connects to the black foot rest. I put a thin piece of rubber between the two... rattle gone.

Of course there are dozens of other things that could be causing the rattle.
