Default Overheating!!! Need Help Bad!!!

I need some help very bad with this overheating.
Every since I sunk it over the tires in mud, it has ran hot and the fan hasn't wanted to work.
It started by blowing antifreeze out the overflow container. So, I tried spraying it with a garden hose hoping to remove the mud caked in. After that didn't work, I removed the radiator, submerged it in a container of water to break up the mud for a few hours, hosed it off, made sure water would flow good and put it back together. While removing it, I did break the wire on the Thermal Sensor so I replaced it ($69.00). Then, I started pouring fluid back in. It would only take a very small amount at a time. I don't know if this is normal or not. After starting the ATV, thinking with it running it might circulate the fluid better but it didn't. I squeezed the top and the bottom hose to make sure there were no restrictions and the fluid moved. Then it starting to run hot again but the fan still didn't work. Does anyone think the thermostat or the water pump could've gone bad? Can anybody help with this?

Thanks in Advance,
Sy

have you tried jumping the wires on the fan to see if it comes on. that way you can rule out the fan.

I just tried jumping the wires on the fan and it did come on. Thanks.
I'm wondering if it has something to with the fluid not going down good even while running.

Could be an air pocket still. Did it seem like you got enough coolant back in?
If the temp sensor is in an air pocket it can't correctly read the temp.

Highoctane:
No, it seemed to only take just a few ounces of fluid.
I tried squeezing the hoses together thinking that would force out any air pockets. Do you have any suggestions?

I think it says something about elevating the back to help remove the air pockets. I would think it would take about a half gallon.

In addition to unports suggestion try pulling the upper hose loose from the radiator and then fill the hose and the radiator full. That process will break the largest air lock. After that put the hose back on and start the engine with the rad cap off. Look into the rad and see if the coolant is flowing, you most likely will have to rev it some. If the level drops add coolant. Continue this process until the level doesn't drop.

I got almost 1/2 gallon in so it might be full now.
With the radiator cap off and the engine running there is no fluid movement. This happened even after the temp light came on.
This machine only has 340 miles and 170 hours on it. You don't think the thermostat or the water pump could going out?

No movement when you rev it? Has the light come on since you got more fluid to go in?

No, there's no movement even when you rev it.
