Who got a deer?
Well I know deer season is coming to an end here in PA and I have yet to get a buck but I've heard of some real nice ones taken around the house. Have any of you guys got anything this year and if so how bout some pics, and a story. For those of you like me go ahead and tell your BS story too, I'm bored and hear to listen and won't even call you a liar. LOL
Mods: I know there is a hunting section, but to be honest I feel kinda like I know some of these guys and want to hear their stuff. I'd appreciate it if you didnt move it. Thanks!!!

Great pics there and congrats on some great deer....I'm still tryin Rowe.....Been close to a respectable 8 pointer and a couple smaller ones a couple times but close doesn't count....We got till the 16th here when bow season ends.....Luckily a close friend has apple orchards and we get nuissance tags for the deer that like to munch on his trees.....The tags don't go into effect until deer season is ended....These's always venison in my freezer.....

What a nice way to use your Sportsman! I like the way you tied up the neck. We should of thought about that, my cousins deer kept sliding, good PIC tip!
Well I what of went but I had an ATV accident on Thanksgiving, healing up now but it killed opening weekend for me. I hope to get out there for Jan. extended

You guys are lucky getting more than one tag. It took me at least 2 years to ever get a buck tag(and only one tag total with a 2 week season is all too)

Didn't really get to hunt this year but those mean ol' bucks better watch out next year because I WILL defend myself at all costs![img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif[/img]
