more problems with my trailblazer

Default more problems with my trailblazer

in a recent bottom end rebuild i notice that when i had to take the clutch off the whole back was beat up, chiped bent and alot of other marks on it, will this be a bad problem?

probably..those clutches are a balanced unit. i would try to find whatever its hitting and correct it then look on ebay for a used clutch

the hitting is taken care of, but one of the previous owners really f*** the engine
clutch and other things

i know what your going through..i have a 2000 TB that i have rebuilt from the ground up. have completely redone the motor 3 times and the tranny once. now its time to start on the suspension (bearings seals and bushings). its been fun tho. these 2 stroke motors are the easiest motor i have ever worked on. theres nothing to em.
