choke is working good. I've got to track down someone with equipment to do compression test.
Would a bad diaphragm in the fuel pump cause this, it doesn't look perfect, looks a bit stretched in one spot.

Main jets seem tight enough. I can't turn in any further.<div class="FTQUOTE"><begin quote>Originally posted by: H20
You must check your main jets. They can come loose or completely fall out.</end quote></div>

Went to dealer to see if I could purchase the diaphragm, but of course didn't have one & don't have a part #. A new fuel pump will cost $60 plus 13% taxes. Will an after market fuel pump work? If so any particular kind or type??. Thanx

If all the other stuff is good, I would guess that the needle is stuck and flooding the carb. Maybe the enrichment plunger... but I doubt it. If it were mine, I'd probably try to find a new carb for it, or completely rebuild the existing one.

UPDATE
Well had carb rebuilt and had a loan of a fuel pump & everything was the same no improvement or very little. Decided to drain oil & it was grayish with traces of green in it (yes antifreeze). Keep in mind this atv hasn't been through water since oil change not even a puddle. So it is antifreeze that is getting into base, & back to the breather box, no antifreeze comes in or out of the bottle on the side, but yet the antifreeze is down about a quart. Must be a seal problem, does anyone know where?? Or what else it might be?? Thanx
