Default Plowing snow questions

three is a down force kit you get get for little money off ebay or something that will help with the plowing. They are pretty nice. that is one of the things i don't like about the polaris, is that you don't actually have TRUE 4 wheel drive all the time. it has to start slipping before it engauges! Oh Well...the efi picks up any slack!

i missed the no 4x4 part, sorry.....down force kit is designed to put more weight on the base of the plow.....so you would buy this instead of thinking about putting any additional weight on the front. i looked in my service manual and couldn't even find anything onthe awd issue. Sometimes the switch can go bad on something like that. the same with any light switch or anything like that. you could test for what voltage you are getting on the back side of the switch contacts. see if there is voltage going through or not. sometimes they go bad! it is just a chance? something you can check? good luck
