The fill plug is on the front right hand side(as you would sit on the machine)..so yeas on your left if at the front facing the rear.

Yep, that one looks easier to get at then mine. Looks like one could use a 8MM socket with a ratchet and the right length extension.

Hey Octane, what's up with posting item's for sale on the forum? I didn't think that was ethical on the site. Also, I like the 90% deal, that's how alot of our younger ATV owner's learn. There is no dumb question or answer on the forum, IMO. Not trying to start anything, but lighten up. We are sorry that us newbie atv owner's want to be involved and may give input that is not correct.

You know,maybe you are right. I'll remove the brush gaurds from my signature.
And I'll try to keep my opinions to myself more. Sorry if I offended anyone.

I agree wholeheartedly there is no dumb question.. sorry I do disagree that there is no dumb answer. But again,I'll try to keep that to myself more.

Looked at mine tonight, and that bracket has a plastic/rubber cap on it to protect the hose. Still not perfect, but an improvement over the pic that HIGHOCTANE showed. My build date is 10/03/2008.

Do they have a high temp wrap tape that could secure better than a thin plastic tie wrap if you
are unable to find a secure hose clamp? Just a thought?

You could always cut a piece of hose,a little larger diameter than the radiator hose and slice it long ways and slide it around the hose where it rubs and zip tie it back in place. Anything that keeps the bracket from rubbing the hose.

Wolf-Interesting. Can you post a pic of it. Mine was built around that time as well,wonder if it fell off or they just forgot it?
I don't see anything like that in the parts breakdwon.

That looks fine, I'm about 99% sure mine never had the rubber coating on the bracket. I know it didn't when I picked it up brand new. Unless some how it got knocked off prior to delivery it wasn't installed.
I'd be interested to see how many have or don't have that piece.
