I have a compression of 92 psi on my 96 trailblazer I am going to rebuild the top end I dont want to spend the money to have it ported so what should I do as war as shaving the head and boaring the cylinder. any other cheap internal mods while I was inside would be appreciated. Thanks.

call ritter cycle. your best bet is to have it ported. i would put in a weisco piston and port it, then maybe pipe it
