Hmm.that's strange mine never rusted. The factory coating held up well. One spot there was a clear type coating that started peeling a little, but never the black, and they didn't rust...
I'd see about getting them warrantied.
But to answer your question,I believe they make a high-temp powder coating.
Or you could send them off and have the ceramic coated, they do a black now days.

I have read somewhere where a good stove cleaner will bring the factory look back out of the muffler. I have never tried it so I cannot vouch for it, thoe I would be willing to give it a try!

those pics are of a 2008? OUCH!

They look like pics of a 1995 or something. Look at how oxidized that transfer case is to! OMG!

With all that rust on an '08, I would try another Popo dealer and get -em replaced.

I can't believe how much rust is on a one year old ATV!!!!

That is some BS. I would try contacting Polaris directly. Go beyond the dealer.

Holy cow...the undercarriage looks like someone parked it in or near saltwater for a week or otherwise got salt on it and parked it..How long have you had it and what is it's history? Did it have corrosion when you bought it? Something is up. If you have kept it inside and haven't been in or around salt water with it alot I'd be suspicious of it's history.
That does not look right, especially for a machine parked in doors..
I'd try another dealer at least.
