Default Help with a 95 Trail Blazer

it wouldnt ruin the seals but it could get the bearings which would create slop on the end of the crankshaft. too much slop and the seals cant keep up with the gap going around them. take the recoil housing off and try to wiggle the end of the crankshaft. if it has a noticable wobble then the bearings are gone.
