Take off the tire, and hub. Pop the axle by jerking on it or pounding on it with a rubber mallet. Undo the metal clips with a pliers, clean the grease with brake parts cleaner. Pop out the clip inside the cv joint, you will notice it, it holds the shaft in the ball bearing unit. Clean it up, put the grease in the the center of the cv joint, put the rubber boot on the shaft, put the clip in its spot, slide the axle shaft in the cv joint and it will snap together, and slide the boot over the cv joint, put the new clamps on it and a pliers will re clamp them just fine. As you get into it you will get a feel for it.
