48" cycle country. 8 years old and not a single problem! came with the ATV( cant beat free!) solid steel with trip springs. moose is the ONLY plow system the local ATV shop will install. owner says this is because he never has manufacturer problems to deal with... idk how true that is. local shop sells moose plows for 10% under best price i can find on the net.

This is the 3rd winter with my 52" Glacier. Before that I had a 50" CMP with 2 side shields that made it 54" wide. A little wider when I hit something solid. It worked fine but the mount won't fit the 2006 and up Sportsmans. The CMP was a PITA because I had to take the mount off and put it back on every year. Plus I had to lay in the snow to put the pins in the push tubes and take them back out. The Glacier plow is a lot lighter too, so I don't need to plile sand bags on the rear rack to counter balance it.

P.S. I've always used a winch to raise my plows and never owned a manual lift.

Sorry, bought mine from a place going out of business in sept. for around $369.00. Everything but the winch(which I had on atv already). I had'nt shopped around before hand, but thought that was a good deal back then.

i bought a 60" cmp plow for my 08 sportsman 500 ho. the plow is about 7yrs old with the old style push tubes. I bought a moose country adapter kit at dennis kirk that allowed me to mount it with ease and the mounting bracket is real slim!!! It does real well but it would be nice to add on some side shields for more accurate snow placement.
