Default Help ASAP Tires

I ordered 26 ITP Trracross tires and 12inch ITP metal wheels from ATV Direst. Got them yesterday. Tried to install them but they do seem to be going down good flush on the hubs on my X2. Call ATV Direct and they said to grind down the 4 little keepers that are there for the factory wheels. Going to take them to the local Polaris dealer but they will charge me a arm and leg to mount or dismount and install on factory wheels. Help what to do or any info on this type of problem.

you could use a dremle tool and grind them off yourself. or you could mount the tires yourself. i've heard you can use a jack and an auto to break the beads. put the wheel and tire under the jack and jack up the car untill the bead brakes. use some dish liquid on the bead when mounting them back makes it alot easier

why do you have rims that are not for your polaris? you shouldnt have to do any mods to get them to fit. i wouldnt want to grind anything to make the new rims fit but thats just me.
