hand grips keep slideing off.

Default hand grips keep slideing off.
my hand grips are slideing off my 04.5 sportsman,they are in good shape just slideing off..I realy dont want to buy new ones if i can make them stick again..

thanks for any help!

try using some gorilla glue

Default hand grips keep slideing off.
Take some electrical tape and put about 5 layers of it on there to build up a thickness then try the grips.

I used ThreeBond GripLock on a pair and it stuck real good. Extra hold hairspray will work until you get some grip glue. http://www.threebond.com/Comsumer.html

i wouldnt use gorilla glue bcause that stuff will expand and make your grips have ridges in them. either use some super glue or get some grip glue. most ebay sellers send a tube of super glue with their stuff.

Grip glue does work best (I use both Griploc and Honda Grip Glue with great results). It sticks well and isn't that hard to remove when it does come time to replace the grips.
