Default Ahh crap

I would say yuo BLEW a hub.Spring broke on the hillard clutch just hope it wasnt like the last time mine did that.Cost $300 for hub and bearings.Look it over before buying parts

i know im my 400L they dont make the little pin in the hillard.. i would take it appart and clean it up.. its not that hard...

Okay, no roller cage on the old ones. They had a garter spring in them, right? I can't remember what's what anymore. I can't remember what had U-jounts and what had CVs either. I guess I should be quiet since I'm not 90% sure what I'm talking about.

if you have hubs, you dont have the roller acge everyone is refering too. go by what ftwflh is telling you on the hub fix. see if you cab get a parts breakdown to check out what your lookig at. imo.

Update the outer retaining spring on the hilliard is shot.Anything else I shoud look for?

why is it loose,broken? missing garder belt uh i mean garder spring?look good also at the inside diameter with a light.make sure the surface the hilliard runs on is smooth and not all chewed up,or not even alittle.....look at my pics and see if it looks exactly like it without a keyway......
