how much would that run? and where do get one? do I need to reprogram anything and does it help with milage? sorry for all the questions...

They use the same ole filter that Polaris has used on just about every ATV since 2007 and several before that,PurePolaris part# 2871786,K&N # PL-1003.

What is it about 8-9 seconds?

 

it may only be 76. You have any idea what the margin of error is on the spedo? Got a gps? Just sayin, but it may be 82 just as well or right on.
