Don't let the hp numbers fool you. Its all in how you get it to the ground. Clutching clutching clutching!

I would take the starter drive out and clean it first. If that doesnt work you can take the starter off tear it apart and clean the brushes but it is easier and cheaper to get a replacement starter off of EBAY

<div class="FTQUOTE"><begin quote> replaced the starter cylinder </end quote></div>

Whats a starter cylinder? Chaces are you just have a stuck bush ,take starter apart and clean the bruches to get the sliding again. Free easy fix.

<div class="FTQUOTE"><begin quote>buy a good starter and bendix off ebay. install yourself not that hard </end quote></div>

Why fool with the bendix? it's a serperated part all together.
