Default 2005 Sportsman Code Reader

I have a 2005 sportsman 700 twin and would like to know what the part number is for the code reader that the dealer uses to retrieve trouble codes. Where can this item be purchased?

I think Polaris Digital Wrench is what you want but I'm not sure. You can steal, I mean... download, a copy of it free if you google it. You'll need some free torrent software to do it.

I haven't downloaded it but if you use a bittorrent program it will download bits and pieces from other peoples computers all over the world and assemble the whole program on your computer. Then you can share it with other people. As long as you're online it uses a little bit of your computer to download to you and to upload to other people. You can get movies and music and all kinds of stuff that way. One person can buy something and share it with the whole world for free. Google "bittorrent" to get a torrent program.

P.S. Nevermind, don't do what I said. It's piracy and it's against the law. I take it all back.

I hear you JF. HAHA uTorrent is a great torrent downloading app. and a good place to look for stuff ISOhunt.com, and thepiratebay.org If you start doing this stuff make sure you have lots of hard drive space cause you'll start downloading everything. Also read up on it a bit cause you can get caught. PeerGuardian is a good program to block known trackers that are from the RIAA and there are also IP changers so they cant find you. It's pretty easy to do but just make sure to read up on it before jumping in.

You can't type a Greek letter Mu on an English keyboard so we just have to type a U instead. I tried a few different torrent apps and liked utorrent too. I used piratebay to find some really interesting movies too. There was another torrent search that combined it and a bunch of the others into one big list but I can't remember the name of it. I quit using all that stuff after a short while. I was even more worried about downloading trojans and viruses than I was about getting into legal trouble. I was mostly watching movies but can watch tons of DivX and Flash movies without downloading anything.

The one you are talking about may be torrents.to It searches across a bunch of other sites but some of the ones want you to sign up or buy into them. I know what you mean JF. I make sure to read the comments on each torrent, and try to stay with a few trusted uploaders. I also double check each one with my virus scanner and I'm sure even some still get through. I havent had any problems yet and like you will probably soon be stopping other than trying to find something I cant get anywhere else. The internets is an awesome thing when you really start learning what all is out there. Kinda scary too cause you see a lot of things that make you think WTF....

A code reader will tell you several things that the blink codes never will. I think that's why he wants one.
