Default 850 xp plastic difference?

Hey everyone.
I love the forum here as I have learned alot from everyone already. I do have a question on the xp 850. I plan on buying one in two weeks. :-) I had read somewhere that there was a difference in the quality of plastic on this model, or the paint quality( I will not be buying the camo version so I do not have to worry about the purple coloring problems that I read about). I'm leaning towards the sage green, but i like the looks of the red version also. As with any big purchase I really try to research the item first. Thanks for any help, and keep up all the great posts!

IMO it's alot more flexible than my 800 was. Bends without cracking. I had my L footwell bent in about 4" and it went right back into place and just popped out rivet.

Thanks mag150. Awesome looking bike! I am so excited to get an 850! I had a 2000 polaris 400 scrambler I bought new that I loved, but that is pretty much my wheeler experience. I believe that is a glacier two plow blade in your photo section correct? I will also be purchasing a plow setup with my new bike. How do you like it? any problems yet? thanks for the response.

wind...
You ask a very good question. I am certainly going to follow this thread closely...as I am going to purchase a 850 XP in March or April after the winter thaw.

Interested in what the current XP owner's have to say about the plastic and paint quality.
