Default 325 trail boss help with chassis

I have a 2000 Polaris Trail Boss, it looks like the frame is bent at the swing arm connection 1" to 1.5", has anyone had any luck bending it back, or do I need to scrap the frame and get a rolling chassis. If someone has a roll chassis for sale let me know?

I bend em back in place all the time! If I'm in doubt about cracking or have one crack, just spot weld tab! I've even had tabs break off with damaged a-arms and have repaired! One place that IS tough if bent is upper frame support where strut assy goes through,BUT have had them pulled back in alignment also! I wouldn't do it IF it wasn't a safe repair,PLUS cheaper than a $600 frame! Good luck

Thanks I will give it a shot!!! The rear axle is bent at the wheel, do I need to have the dealer press a new axle in or can I do it. I really appreciate the info.

axles are easily replaced. can be taken out by removing the right side stuff off the axle. hub, sprocket and sprocket hub. then it slides out to the left
