i have a 2002 polaris sportsman 500 i am having problems keeping it runnin i messed with the idler tensioner screw to get it runnin and it will run for about 30 to 45 minutes and then it would shut down. i have takin to carb apart and cleaned it out pretty good and then put it back on. i need some help trying to figure it out.

 

give more detail on what it is doing. is it overheating? seems likek if its running that long that its not going to be a carb issue. imo.

 

i dont know how to really explain it. but a couple of people told me it might be electrical. i know there is a new stator on it and new carb and a couple of other things like the starter and i changed the battery
