Dont get me wrong i love the new xp but just a few other things ticked me off. first off the dealer loaded my xp on the trailer for me and said it was ready to go with a full tank of gas, NOT only had a little over half of a tank, bought a new set of polaris handguards they dont seem to be near as tough as the ones i had on my 04.5 500. went to order a rack for the front and found out they are made of plastic instead of metal. bought a glacier 2 plow opened it up to put it together it was missing a bolt and 2 lock nuts cannot even use until i get to the hardware store to buy some METRIC bolts for my american made polaris. Oh well atleast i have a new ride. Happy trails. Just had to vent my old lady wont listen.LOL

What exactly is the problem with the metric bolts??? If you haven't noticed, everything is in metric, cars, truck, snowmobiles, and ATV's. Its been that way forever.

AND, the plow is not made by polaris.

Just for reference, every unit Polaris puts out, is minnesota made.

in my line of work almost all of our equipment is still standard. Guess you missed the LOL. and i have a huge bolt bin full of standard bolts and nuts that i got at a auction that are becoming more useless by the day.

Actually, the Phoenix, Sawtooth (When it was Around) and the youth models are made over seas to Polaris' Specs.

Well im just glad you don't have a problem with the XP itself lol. You would be the first person to have a problem with one that I have seen. Happy trails!
