That looks like fun. i have a private lake I fish in the summer time and caught 19.5 in. rainbows in November. I miss it so much. Never ice fished though. Now I want to seeing the pic!!! Any hints on Ice fishin? Maybe I need to try it. Cute kid too. It's always a better trip when the kiddies catch good ones!

Actually not too bad of a day. It was about 20-degrees with little wind - and bright sun.
Hints on ice fishing - - well I usually catch the Salmon 8-12 feet under the ice. Other than that - it's just a lot of luck.

I didn't measure the ice today - had 14 inches the other night when we hauled the shack out. Trucks are driving out now.
What lake do you fish Stendori? Cobbosseecontee?

Wow, it's actually worse here... 19 degrees with about 8" of new snow on the ground... and still snowing.

Yea, we were pretty busy this morning - I didn't think I was going to get out but my daughter was begging me. Hard to say no to that.
Tomorrow - my oldest boy and my daughter are going out with me. Kinda bittersweet as my new HD springs came in and I wanna install them also. Wish I had a heated garage with a TV, then I could fish till early afternoon - come home install springs in the heated garage - while watching football. Oh well, nice to dream......

Were supposed to get down to 8 degrees overnight and get 4-5 inches of snow.
