Anyone had trouble with babbittsonline??

I have ordered with these guys in the past, and I was pretty happy with everything. However, my latest order turned out to be a fiasco! I ordered a front bumper for my machine, and turns out they didn't have it. I didn't realize that it could be a problem with paying for something before they even know if they have it in inventory. Turns out, they were supposed to refund my account almost 2 weeks ago and it still hasn't happened. Today, I had to contact my bank, and then they had to contact babbitts. I got things straightened out, but then I realized what a joke it was <end of rant>. Don't know if I'll be ordering from them again?? Unless they let me call ahead and make sure they have the part, then maybe I'll order it, but it seems that they prefer to do everything on line. What do ya'll think of that???

yeah there are alot better places out there like bike bandits,rocky mountain,never had great service like that....dennis kirk,sent me the wrong part,air filter,500 scram.then charge me an 8$ restocking fee on a $20 order! then had the gall to e-mail me about hows our service!which was right on time...laid into them.....
