Yeah, I know (based on your post)... I was just pointing out that you don't want to take the dead one out and, before you put the new one in, crank it with the pull cord.... just in case.

If you run with a shorted cel in a battery you will blow every bulb on the thing.
On a manual it is hard to find one to download but if you go to Ebay and search polaris service manuals yoiu can find them for less than $40.
If I get a chance I will try to find one and post you the link.
