Motor Swapping

Will a 99' Sportsman motor fit easily into a 97 scrambler 500? The polaris site is hard to decipher. Thank you!

Same motor, it should a simple swap.

Motor Swapping

As far as I know, the only difference is the stator and flywheel (I found out the hard way). Just reuse the ones from the Scrambler and you should be fine.
