on the front of a xpedition the stock tire is 8"
wide can you put a 9 1/2" ztire on the stock rims without it rubing on the shock spring or the tie rood end

It will be close. If it is going to rub it will rub on the right tie rod end. Sometimes you can place a washer on the wheel studs and get enough clearance.
