Considering replacing worn PXTs.

Terracross, Interco Swamp Lite, Interco Reptile, Bearclaw or Bighorn?

I have heard alot of positive things about swamp lites and very little on the reptile. I spoke with a guy at the ATV store who had reptiles on his rancher and he was very impressed. Great ride due to being a radial and double the off road performance of the stock tires.

How do they compare to the XTRs for ride quality in hard packed terrain?

Theres lots of reports that there a fast wearing tire if you do much road running other than that I hear there great . I'm going Terracross XD only thing do I stay stock (25 ) or buy new rims and go (26 ) I leaning towards staying stock .

I have 26" ties currently from Polaris (LE Edition) so I plan to stay with 26" tires. Very little difference between 25 and 26 (1/2 inch of ground clearance). Terracross is my favorite but the price is 50% more than the Interco tires (Swmp Lit / Reptile).

I'd be going Swamp Lights also if they lasted longer but from all my reading they wear down fast for my conditions .

the xtr's are a better riding tire and better in the mud and the wear seems to be long lasting tire. the swamp lites are a cheapr tire and we dont do alot of road riding so they should last a while.

I love my Swamplites. I am going on my 2nd year with them and have put around 2200 miles on them, I don't think that they wear fast. They are a little rougher than the PXT's were, but not much. Night and day difference in the mud and rocks. I bought them right before a trip to the hatfield mccoy trails and was duely impressed.
