What else can cause a weak spark? Coil tested good. Stator is good. But even with starting fluid, it wont start. There is a spark but it is tiny. Its blue, but tiny. What else could it be? IM stuck on the spark, because compression and fuel are all good. Spark seems weak.

Did you change the spark plug cap?? Get a new one and cut back the wire a 1/2 inch or so and install the new one. This has happened to me and worked. Let us know what happens.

 

Never thought of that? like the cap is grounding in the head or something? did yours have a spark also?
also is there a way to check cap?
