Default Anyone using a lift for storage between rides?

Just wondering if the $100 for a lift is worth it? I can feel some flat spots on the tires at the start of a ride and think a lift would stop this.

Probably keep the suspension longer too?

Also, what pre-load do most use their Sportsman's...suggestion for a 250lb rider....besides a diet

I keep mine up on a lift. I like it because it will keep the suspension in good shape. I also like the fact that at any given time I can check for bad bearings and bushings. I got new bushings on the way for the rear right now. 100 dollars is a bit steep. I paid 64 for mne from wal-mart and it is made by GM. It looks just like every other atv lift on the market. Yes just slide it under and pump it up with your foot. I got rid of the long metal handle and hooked a dog leash to it because the handle always got in my way. I just pull it around with the leash. It is also good for when you need to work on it because you can slide it around on the floor with it on the jack.

I also keep mine up on an atv jack, like above keeps suspension from sagging. Bought mine at sears for 59.00 on sale. And yes the 2 bars go under the frame where it's balanced.
