Default anyone with 08 polaris 500 touring

I have been having problems with my atv overheating after driving it for about 15 minutes and it's below freezing outside and my fan never kicks in. I have cleaned out the rad and checked the thermostat and the fan and they are working fine. I'm just looking for someone to check on there bike if when they unplug the thermo sensor if the fan comes on or not because mine doesn't. On the left hand side of the motor towards the front there is a 1" tube running to the top of the rad just underneath it on the motor is what I believe is the sensor can someone tell me if when they unplug that sensor the does the fan turn itself on or not.

Please help I need to know if that's the problem or not before i go any further

With the Machine running unplug the Temp Unit going to fan off of the engine and if the fan doesnt come on then the fan is bad if it does come on then the relay is bad. I think but you better double check somewhere else.

we went over this not too long ago. the switch everyone keeps mentioning is on the head of the engine w/ 2 wires. when unhooked the fan will auto. turn on. this is right out of the service manual. you might have some trapped air in the system causing an air bubble causing it to get the overheat sign. just a thought.

Yes thats it , But Stendori hit it I think especially if youve added coolant and not blead out the air.
