When I was riding the other week out of nowhere my polaris backfired twice and then it just bogged down and died, and it has been at least a week or two and now it will not start. could anyone please give me some advice?

 

Start with the basics...have you checked for fuel or spark?

 

fuel yes, spark not yet

 

Check the valves should be .006 on both

 

what year is it as well? how many hrs/miles on it.

 

how do i do that? im kinda new to the wheelers.

 

what is the voltage of the battery

 

8 i believe

 

try charging your battery or changing it i dont think thay will run with only 8 volts i think it has to be 11 or above not shure tho that was the way my old arctic cat was
