I have a 2001 polaris sprortsman i just picked up it had a blown head gasket so ireplaced that, the head seemed in good condition no cracks wasnt warped so iput back together and now it is blowin oil into the air box it looks like a chocalate milkshake color. I can think what the problem could be now? Any help would be great.

 

How fast is it filling? A little oil in the air box is normal. I drain mine every so often, they put a drain on it for that reason.

Well that's not good.

There are a couple of rubber hose lines that run into the airbox. Have you ran the machine and watched which one it's coming out of?

 

it is coming out of the right side if you are standing in front of the bike

 

Would not performing the priming procedure cause this.

 

ok primed the oil pump still blowing the milkshake color oil into the airbox its draining the oil tank. Could it be the mechanical seal going bad or the oil seal behind the mechanical seal?
