The steam shouldn't be doing it. If you are able to drain water out of the exhaust that would be the problem. You need to run the machina at a high enough RPM to make sure the exhaust is going out. If you have taken water into the exhaust high enough to make the machine stall, you should probably be looking at the carb to make sure that is all clean. That could be effecting your performance issue as well.

It's an EFI machine. The bike will run great once I first get into the pit, but one I am in there and the tires have been spinning, is when it seems to loose all power and sputter out and die. I will try the di-electric greese to see if that helps any.

Have you checked to see if it's throwing any codes?

There is no check engine light on or anything like that if that is what you are meaning.

No that's not what I'm talking about.....I'm talking about entering diagnostic mode to check to see if you have any blink codes.....Do you know how to do that??

Make sure your in Park.....Turn the key on and off three times and on the third time leave the key on...Look at your instrument cluster and you'll see the word "wait"...At this time the EFI module is searching for codes.. If any codes are stored they will appear one at a time.....Also the check engine light will be blinking during this mode.........The word "End" will appear after all if any codes have been displayed.......
