Has the belt ever been changed? A worn belt will ride up on the primary sheaves and cause the secondary clutch to spin during idle. This will cause it to "creep" as you stated and will make shifting very hard.
For starters, I would take off the clutch cover and blow out really good with shop air. Do it outside, because it gets pretty dusty. Inspect for any damage as suggested above. Change the belt and if the problem persists, you probably have a clutch alignment issue. Align the clutches as per the service manual.
Has the machine been rode hard or had any bad spills lately?

took cover off and the back pulley on the trans is tight side to side it will move in and out a littel bit. the front if i hold it by the outside it will move side to side a littel bit not much. but the belt is tight all the time .its ride in the top of the trans and seams to be in the bottom of the drive .should the belt be tight all the time or not

yes it is suppose to be tight,as thats how the ebs system works. its the front pulley (primary clucth) on the engine that has the issues. the probelm is that you can not take it apart to where these parts are that were talking about w/ out special tools and a clutch puller to take it off. when you take the belt off, on the inside on the front clutch try turning the bushing in the middle between the 2 clutch sheeves and it should only turn one way and be locked up if you turn it the other way i belave. the belt should be setting high and a little above on the secondary clutch(transmission clutch) w/ the words facing so you can read them. imo
