I like the EBS, by play I mean in between the Primary and Driven the belt will go up 1/2. and down 1/2 in. So you just took a brass washer the same size OD as the stock washer and drilled out the center? How thick was the washer and where could I find one?

Ok guys, the issue with the ATV and "roll on" has to do with the fiber washers under the primary sheave. If you pull the clutch a part, you will see how the fiber washers are worn out, I recommend buying two of them versus installing just one. If any of you need a rebuild, $25 plus the washers, shipping, and I can get it done, have all the clutch rebuilding tools at my disposal.
