Default 2002 scrambler 400x 4x4 questions

New to the forum, I've read through alot of topics and I know hondafl350 asked this. He has problems with his right front hub staying locked in when taken out of 4wd. I'm experiencing the same with mine. I've taken mine to a shop and they took apart the hub, cleaned it, and put fresh oil in it, got it back and it still stays engaged. They did this to both sides while they had it.

What else can be wrong here? electronics?

I've only had this machine for about 2 months, just recently picked it up off a trade so I dont know for sure how well it was treated, everything seems in good condition and the owner claims it was, but who doesnt.
