Default '98 Xplorer 400 has no throttle response

unplug the black wire from the rev limiter box..should be under the "hood" piece by the oil reservoir on the right hand side of the machine

Default '98 Xplorer 400 has no throttle response

Mice!!! Popped the hood and found a mouse nest in there. Obviously the mouse felt some of the wiring conflicted with the interior decor and removed it. A two inch section of the ETC wiring is gone, and the ends were in contact with each other on the CDI side of the wiring. Other wires are in varying stages of chewed through.

Easily fixed. Thanks
