how much oil? and 30 wgt??

Question how much oil? and 30 wgt?? COUNTER BALANCE

have a 2000 polaris scrambler two stroke 400 and was wondering how much oil these bikes take and what weight to put any????

What weight? lol

It uses 2 stroke oil, probably 50:1 if you mave to mix it. TCW-3 is the proper oil.

There is a counterbalance oil you put in the 400 two stoke bottom end I believe, other than that keep the oil tank full of 2 stroke injection oil.

is it a 30 or 40 weight or is it a gear oil

i think it it about 75 cc but not sure on the number but i allways used 10w30 it worked for me

it only takes about 4 oz of oil in the counter balance..i would use something like 10w40 because it will get hot in there and you dont want it to thin out too much from the heat
