Default What is this quick connect for?

Didn't pay much attention to this when I bought it. I have heard about the wiring being intact already for a winch, but didn't think this had anything to do with it. This is on my 08 800 touring.

just tuck it back up under. its for when the dealer does dia. on the computer hook up i beleave. we all have them on the efi's.

you think polaris would do a better job of taking of that wire in assembly instead of just letting it hang.

its actualy for the speedo diagnostics. theres key power(orange), ground(brown), dark green and dark blue wires from the speedo. theres also a white wire under the front pannel thats for the transmission signal. i figured out that after i thought it was ground. but its not.
