Check out the boat anchors at wal-mart...they have one that folds flat, and has a rope tie ring on it. $24.95....if remember correctly

 

I keep 2 ****** blocks, 2 clevis's a Tree strap and 6 10' 8.000 lb 1"straps 3500lb winch with amsteal rope. ****** blocks used togeter will increase your winchs power making it work less and pull twice as strong. I have pulled my buddys Jeep that sits on 32" boggers out of many mud holes. Reminder!! a winch can not do it alone the guy driving the stuck ATV,Jeep, or truck has to know what he is doing also. Just pulling as hard on the winch and mashing the gas will not do it. Keep the winch tight and work the stuck ATV,Jeep, or truck SLOW!!! Take your time your winch will last longer. MY.02

 

It sounds like you guys take everything but the kitchen sink when you go out wheelin'. Maybe im heading for some trouble but i never bring all that stuff when we go out. My motto is.... Dont get stuck.

 

LOL! That used to be my motto too until I got stuck and had to hike a few miles out! I find that every time I do get stuck, I think of something new to bring with me. So by the looks of some of these posts some of these guys have gotten stuck A LOT! LOL! I like getting stuck, if you're not getting stuck, you're not having fun! Thats my new motto! Getting UNstuck is half the fun for me anymore!

 

Ditto to Firehog! I ride by myself most of the time and spend most of it buried up to the racks. Makes for a good day of riding. I have used most of the stuff helping others that got stuck on lesser machines and would have been screwed if I hadn't come along with the gear to lend a hand.

 

Yeah helping others out is just as much fun, if not more!
