Default Ricochet or aluminum products a arm guards

Which one makes a better a arm protector and why? Does the ricochet protect the backside as well? The aluminum products is on e bay for buy it now $61 a set (front or rear). $122 + shipping. Total Approx $150. Ricochet $135 + shipping. To a certain extent I would think the holes in the ricochet would be a good thing. The aluminum products does not have holes. Not having holes to allow debris/ mud to escape could potentially allow the built up debris/ mud to rip a boot, right?

Thumbs up Stickstoppers

I have the Ricochet and they mount easy and work as they should, I have no complaints. They are very well made and the company has been good to deal with. Shipping and packing was as good as you could expect. They fit perfect. Can not comment on other brand.
