I'd say if the tires are severely out of round and causing you issues, the dealership should get involved. This is not a wear situation, it sounds like a possible factory defect. Why should you have to pay for dealing with a bad tire(s) off the showroom floor. I'd have it looked at by the dealer first. Worth a try.

Yep, I agree! We pay waaaaaaay too much for these babies to have crappy or defective stuff on them. I have to make time to run it down to the dealer.

Angry itp terracross out of round

I have sixteen ITP terracross tires that are out of round and are 1" taller on one side of the tire than the other.

ITP (carlisle tire) has a two year warranty and is doing nothing about the defective tires I have

I dropped $4800 on ITP tires and wheels and got a bad batch of tires and a company with terrible customer service.

If a tire is out of round no amount of balancing will cure the ride.

That is quite a statement....any pics?

Not doubting you as I have not had good experiences with ITP myself, but others are very happy with them.

Howdy grizzlymankl....Did you buy the tires directly from ITP or from a tire shop?.....were they 2nd's with no warranty? If I had that many new tires from a company that were an inch off....I would mount them on a nice display and be in front of the company headquarters showing off their "quality"......and tookypook.....maybe call a few ATV dealers to see what kind of consensus you come up with and let us know......Good luck to all.....NoJoke

Definatly out of round. you can balance them on a balancer, but if they are out of round they will still hammer your suspenion up and down causing it to shake.

Tires came from parts unlimited. They are new and not 2nd's. Tires do have warranty. Just recieved an email today after explaining how ITP does not honor their warranty. Now they want me to mail all 16 tires to a plant in tennesee. I just mailed them to california, and got them back on my front door stem two weeks later. Just hard to belive we have such terrible customer service from a made in USA tire. Also it costs me $30 on each tire one way to ship them all over the country. That is coming out of my pocket
