ya i put the lights on it. i actuly did 2 one with tracks and one without.

the windshiled. i got off ebay. i looked on there for a few monthes. finly found one it whent for $50. im only gona use it during and maybe durning summer riding ont longer rides. but yes id say the wing shiled helps. i took it out once a few weeks back when it was cold and it did a pretty good job of keeping the whind off of your face and hands. i like it the little bit i used it.

I made a winch mount for my Scrambler. I'm too cheap to buy one, so I got a piece of scrap from work and made one.

Non-homemade add ons are Quadovator 3-light mod, Temp guage and fan light/switch, and reverse override lockeout switch. The only homemade SO FAR, is foot "tread areas" on the backs of the front finder. The main reason was because I couldn't remove the molded in warning sticker on the left fender!! I used some pieces of an old truck bed liner made of black vinyl with a surface like diamond tread deck plate. It gives me a non-slip surface if I want to keep my feet dry when crossing deep water. Also, the right side was showing a lot of scratches from my boots full of gravel resting on them. Pics to come.

Besides the Quadovator 3-light mod and reverse light switch. I made my HORN design and will have to re-do the POD-switch again to tapp into the wiring.

I have a KOLPIN 2 BUCKET CARRIER that I want to add those lock and ride anchors to for the rear rack. Has anyone done it?

Thanks,

R'

i have made several homemade mods to my scrammy. i will share a few of them..
i made my own winch mount using a warn1.5 tucked under the hood.

i also made my own headlight setup from a pair of front lights from a late model sportsman. built a cage that they fit into from aluminum rod. in my opinion, the lights follow the lines of the gen3 platform much better than the stock lights.

both mods are a few years old now, and have held up very well.
