Default Sportsman brake overide

wifes got an 07 450 SP if you start it in gear you have to have the handle bar brake on is there a way to override this so you can start it in gear without using the brake thanks

i havent seen any for a brake bypass anywhere. maybe look at quadovater as they sell overide/headlight bypasses. it only takes a second to pulll the hanlde so im guessing nobodies thought of it as or yet. imo

probably just find the input that tells the starting system that you have the brake applied and supply 12v to it when the key is on

well i dont know how close the 07 450 are to the new 08 500carbs. but the ground goes to the sscb, and the power wire to the solenoid goes to the starter switch. so. if you want it to start evon if its in gear. (probley not a good idea because of safety issues and i can see why. but im not responsable if you do this mod and get hurt.) take the brown wire (gnd - )from the starter solinoid and gound it to the chassis or the battery.
