Default Is there any aftermarket secondary clutches??

I need a way to run a snowmobile sized belt and P85 main clutch and the large snowmobile secondary Team Performance clutch on the ATV splined tranny

I'm sure there is someone out there who has done this if so I would love the help.

Thanks

Justin

what is your question? thats what you would be using and just align the clutches up w/ the correct distance and off set. comet is an aftermarket clutch.

I have a custom build going I have the large snowmobile P85 fitted onto the motor I have the stock tranny in the unit that has the small splines for the smaller secondary the tranny is off a RZR but I think the splines are the same off the RZR and the ATV's.

So my question is I need to be able to adapt the large Team Performance TSS-04 onto the spline going out of the tranny. So is there a large aftermarket clutch that has the same splines or has someone made an adaptor of some sort or how can it be done???

Sorry I hope that clears things up I am sure some racers have tried this or mud guys may have done it as well.

you could try machining a new input shaft in the tranny that has bigger splines..thats the only thing i can think of

Before I did that I would machine the post off the RZR secondary but still would be a PITA to do for the first time in the end I may have to do that but if someone has done it before it would sure help.

The P90 is not big enough I am in the 130hp range and go through belts like mad and also the clutches and bushings and rollers just don't hold up to the HP.

I'm not quite sure I'm on board with this, but then again I haven't put 130hp to a p90.
I do know they will handle 90 hp without an issue, I'll take you're word for it. The helix is the splined part, do they mix and match?

The whole setup is different the post in the secondary with the splines is were my problem lies as the snowmobile spline is a tad larger.

The P90 goes through rollers and the main problem is the clutch heat and small belts this setup is used in the dunes on long pulls back to back as well.

Thanks for the advise
