Default Possible Issue

First sorry new at this so I will explain best I can

I noticed yesterday when I start off the quad kind sat up and then went. Also in reverse it bounced alittle instead of being smooth

So I got off and pushed it and sure enough it doesnt just roll it will roll then bounce and roll then bounce. Kinda like if I had a flat spot on the tire somewhere

any ideas what to check or if its supposed to do that

Thanks again
