I am trying to find all the grease zerks on this machine. Can anyone tell me where all of them are, I heard there is like 30 of them.

 

HEY THERE ARE 12 GREASE ZERKS FITTINGS.THE BEST WAY TO FIND THEM IS TO GO TO POLARIS SITE.YOU CAN DOWNLOAD THE PARTS HANDBOOK TO YOUR MACHINE.IT IS WWW.POLARISINDUSTRIES.COM.THERE ARE LIKE FOUR ON THE SHAFT,ONE BEHIND THE SPEEDOMETER,ONE AT THE END OF THE STEERING ARM,ONE EACH ONE THE FRAME BESIDE THE A-ARM EACH SIDE,ONE ON EACH SIDE BEHIND THE STEERING POST.THATS ALL I CAN REMEMBER ,I HOPE THIS WILL HELP.HAPPY TRAILS AND TREAD LIGHTLY.

 

here are the ones i have found with a little help from the owners man,theres one on each lower a arm betwen the bushings,one on each lower ball joint,one at the top of the steering stem below the pod looking from the front end,there's one at each u-joint,one on the slip yoke near the tranny on the front drive shaft,and the last one i could fird was on the slip yoke on the rear dive shaft near the rear diff, that one you have to line up the fitting with the slot in the houseing to get the grease gun to fit on right, i have been all over mine to find any more , but didn't find any more. i hope this helps you, these quads rock!!
